On Monay, September 4, 2006 I went to The Original Pancake House in Bethesda, Maryland at 9:30 a.m. I had the Two By Four: 2 eggs any style, and four buttermilk pancakes served with whipped butter and hot syrup. I had orange juice, water, and hot chocolate to drink. My server was Donald.
